Mr. Pavan Kota is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and has personally overseen the delivery of U.S. Dollar 150 Million in Return on Investments, to clients across 6 countries over three continents.

Mr. Pavan plays multiple roles

  • Managing Director of Saudi Harmony, a Kingdom of Saudi Arabia company with a focus on Middle East region
  • Chairman and Managing Director of KINDUZ Consulting, an Indian Multinational Consulting firm with presence in 6 countries, with its head quarters in Hyderabad, India
  • Founder and President of the Lean and Six Sigma International Board (LASSIB), a non-profit organization with a focus on spreading the knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma, that current has presence in three countries and has served over 1600 students over 44 countries
  • Founder and Advisory Board Member of The Empirical Project Management Authority (EPMA) – An American non-for-profit organization focused on the spread of knowledge on Project, Program and Portfolio Management

Mr. Pavan Kota has extensive experience in the field of Management Consulting, working in the past with the TATA Group, Lionbridge, Capgemini and consulting with clients in the Germany, U. S. A., India, U.K. and Singapore.

He has presented his ideas around ‘Organizational Excellence’ and ‘ Process Management’ in multiple International Conferences and continues to share his knowledge and experiences around the world

Mr. Pavan Kota completed his Masters in Business Management from Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI), Masters in Quality Management from Birla Institute of Science and Technology (BITS) and Bachelors in Engineering Mining Machinery from Indian School of Mines (ISM)

He is also a Lean and Six Sigma Master Black Belt, ISO 20000 Auditor, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, Assessor – European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) and Certified External & Internal Assessor for TATA Business Excellence Model (based on the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award)
